School Against Racism

Our school-wide project day “School Against Racism” takes place annually. All year groups participate in a diverse program of workshops, lectures, plays, and excursions that address the topics of racism, discrimination, democracy, and human rights.

The younger year groups work on topics such as children’s rights, prejudice, and discrimination, while older classes participate in theatrical performances, specialist lectures—for example, on right-wing symbolism and ideologies—as well as excursions. A special focus in 2025 was the Adenauer SRP+ bus, which provided information on the school grounds about democratic processes and the AfD ban proceedings.

The project day offers students the opportunity to engage intensively with social responsibility and to take a clear stand for diversity, respect, and moral courage.
